Description
A beautiful, two-hour, hatha yoga sequence.
We begin with setting our intention for practice, followed by a body scan to become present in the body and the present moment. We will do two breathing exercises then warm-up with sun salutations. We then practice 12 different asanas, slowly and consciously, focusing on breath and body.
We finish with a long, guided relaxation.
