A yoga workshop exploring how we stretch and strengthen the muscles of the body. We'll focus mostly on the legs so this will be particularly useful if you are a runner or play sport.
How can we stretch and strengthen the achilles/calf muscles, the hamstrings, the hip flexors and the glutes?
However, to have strong, supple legs we also need to consider the core and the back. Tightness in the back can impact the legs and a weak core can as well.
Join me to learn some basic poses and movements that will stretch and strengthen the body to assist you in your running, sport and general life.
