How would you like your 2021 to feel? Probably a bit different to how 2020 felt!

It's been a year unlike any other (to say the least). The arrival of the New Year marks an opportunity to begin anew, refreshed and motivated. Join us online on 1st January to dive into how you want your next year on planet earth to look and feel.

In this two hour workshop we'll guide you with journalling prompts to help you explore how you want your 2021 to look and feel, and some steps you might take to get there. We'll make vision boards (have some old magazines and coloured pens and paper handy!) and then embody that in a yoga practice so that you can walk into 2021 as your best self, ready and raring to go!

The New Year is a traditional time for setting 'resolutions'. Sara and I like to work instead with intentions which are more about how we want to feel than what we want to achieve.
