A welcoming Hatha practice designed for complete beginners and those returning to yoga. We’ll move slowly through foundational postures, breath and simple sequences, with plenty of time to explore alignment and find variations that work for your body.

No previous yoga experience is needed — just come as you are.

An evening dedicated to slowing down.

We’ll begin with gentle grounding and breathwork before settling into Yoga Nidra — a guided practice of deep conscious rest, experienced lying comfortably and supported by props.

There is nothing to achieve and nowhere to get to. Simply give yourself permission to rest.

No previous yoga or meditation experience is required.
