Rita Tapia is a breathwork facilitator, Reiki Master, and integrative coach who creates spaces where people be themselves and reconnect with what’s real. Her work blends breath, energy work, and intuitive guidance to support emotional release, nervous system healing, and personal transformation. Before Breathwork and Reiki, she supported families as an Early Childhood Educator and workshop facilitator, for over 20 years.
