Description
Join Brayden and Jacqueline Jones of My Heart's Path Spiritual Centre for a transformative morning of conscious connected breathing. The way we breathe is directly related to the way we experience life.
Our breath is a powerful tool for awakening presence and bringing awareness into our bodies. It can serve to simply relax us and slow down the busy-ness of mind so many of us are familiar with, or it can be modified with specific healing and transformational intention in mind. When we use practices like Breathwave Conscious Connected Breathing, the breath can serve as a bridge between our conscious and unconscious mind, allowing us to access stored emotions and trauma to be resolved and released. We can use our breath to access expanded states of consciousness, bringing insights, spiritual connection, realization and healing. Conscious breathing beautifully teaches us to fully receive life with an open heart and to completely let go with trust and gratitude!
We are thrilled to offer this unique experience here at Stream. The workshop will include opening circle and check in, instructions for practice, hands on facilitation (optional), live music, meditation, simple healthy snacks and an opportunity for discussion and Q&A.
Don't miss this opportunity!
