Heather is a meditation and yoga teacher and former Buddhist nun who combines 24 years of meditation training with a lifelong interest in mental and physical health. She finds joy in community and teaches from the heart with warmth, compassion, and humor.

Description

Start and/or maintain a regular meditation practice. Each week, guided meditations are combined with instructions for bringing mindfulness into daily living.
