Join visiting teacher Roxi Stolk for a Solstice pop-up class this Sunday, celebrating light, renewal, and the uplift of the heart.
This 2-hour practice weaves mindful asana, restful meditation, mantra, and live music chanting, inviting a gentle shift from the swirl of busyness into something more spacious, steady, and alive.
