Description
Good habits form the ground of a steady, vibrant life. Yoga for Life is a six-week yoga and meditation series exploring how consistent practice supports well-being, resilience, and inner balance.
Each week we’ll work with the essentials of habit-building and intentional living, weaving together mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and gentle reflection to support a sustainable, lived practice.
Through embodied awareness and guided reflection, you’ll discover how small, steady commitments can create meaningful and lasting change.
Series One (Jan 16 – Feb 20, 2026)
Theme: The Art of Release
Our first six weeks explore the practice of letting go through the lens of forgiveness and renewal. Drawing on the Buddhist teaching of the Four Opponent Powers, we’ll work with acknowledging what weighs on the heart, reconnecting with support, applying wise remedies, and setting clear intentions for the path ahead.
