Join us for these weekly insight (vipassana) meditation sessions, designed to help you start and/or support a regular at-home meditation practice. Learn and gain confidence with mindfulness habits that can transform your life. Suitable for new or experienced meditators.

In these ongoing Wednesday classes, we investigate Buddha’s traditional teachings (dharma) in a way that is modern, simple, nondogmatic and practical; with a clear view to the ways in which we can use meditation and mindfulness to free our minds in the midst of our busy and stressful lives.

A simple joy is available to us any time that we can relax — regardless of our external conditions. In fact, learning to relax and be still may be the single most important thing we can do to improve our life, our relationships and ultimately our world.
