After many years as a dancer, Sarah was drawn to yoga as a way to continue exploring the relationship between movement and mindfulness. Now a registered nurse, she understands the importance of whole-person wellness and connection. Her classes invite a balanced union of body, mind, and spirit — grounded, graceful, and deeply human.
