I love to share yin yoga, slow flow yoga, and energy transmissions. My special gift is to help you listen to your body and design your own practise. I do that by offering options to meet you where you are today. I love guiding you back to your own truth. I am also a huge anatomy geek! My heart sings when I see a unicorn sky sunset, eat good food, or hug my loved ones.
Description
This session is all about slow and mindful movement. We move on the breath and take time to feel what the movement feels like. There will be options to take on some physical challenges, if that is where your energy is at today, but all in a very connected way and slow pace.

Description
Yin yoga helps us slow down. We find a stretch and then melt into it for a couple of minutes. This way we invite not only muscle relaxation, but also connective tissue (fascia) will soften, allowing for a wide range of health benefits such as increased range of motion, better lymph-drainage, better posture and a relaxed nervous system.
On top of the yin yoga, this session will also include a multidimensional energy transmission, which is a type of energy healing that helps the energy flow throughout all layers of your connection, so that the energy can flow more freely from the earth up and from the universe down.
This kind of energy work is very beneficial, but contra-indicated when you have:
- (a history of) anxiety disorder, psychosis, mania or delusions.
- epilepsy
- serious heart conditions
- pregnancy from third trimester (unless you have regularly done multidimensional energy transmissions throughout pregnancy).
If this is you, feel free to come to our regular yin sessions instead.

I love to empower and spark curiosity through powerful yoga where creativity meets resilience meets embodiment. As a stress coach and IFS therapist, I believe that sometimes what we need to de-stress is to actually work the body. To move it, explore it, and move through our restlessness in order to arrive on the other side: open, attuned balance.
My specialty is integration. With a PhD in psychology, a former career in science, advanced vinyasa and breathwork expertise, and a private practice as a burnout and stress coach and IFS therapist, I bring you “holistic” in a science-meets-embodied-practice way.
I will meet you where you’re at, because when it comes to healing, there is no one-size-fits-all method to heal. Tuning in to what you need is what I do best.
Description
In this class we combine breathwork with IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapy. IFS is a meditation style form of therapy, that helps you connect with different ‘parts’ of yourself (protective parts like the inner critic, the perfectionist, or the part that just want to numb and distract you from feeling you stress). The goal is to meet these parts with curiosity instead of judgment. Breathwork supports this by physically calming the body so it feels safe to let go. Together, they tackle stress from multiple angles: mentally, emotionally, and physically.
In this class, we will adapt to your level. Please be aware that the class can include fast cyclic breathing and breath holds, which are not suitable or need to be done with caution if: you are pregnant ,have heart, lung, neurological, or severe mental health conditions, including epilepsy, high blood pressure, glaucoma, recent surgery, or a history of psychosis or mania. If you have any medical concerns or past trauma that may be destabilized by strong somatic work, please practice gently and check in with your teacher before class.

Strong Power Flow - In this vinyasa yoga based flow, you will get challenged! From dynamic breathwork to dynamic movement patterns, power drills, and complex postures: in this class, you will get to know your body. Expect sweat, fun, surprises, personal stories, intimate connection, falling on your face, and laughing while learning new stuff.
Vinyasa in general is a dynamic, pose by pose, breath by breath style of yoga that requires some experience with the basic yoga postures.
A year of experience in slower vinyasa, Iyengar yoga, or ashtanga yoga is recommended before taking this class.
Do not eat more than a light meal before practicing. If you have any heart issues, please be aware that this class will increase your heart rate considerably and check with your doctor if you are cleared to exercise.
Pregnant people are not encouraged to take this class without first having had a personal yoga session with the instructor once per trimester to ensure they can move through the practice safely and are able to adjust their own practice. We encourage people to have a strong practice during pregnancy, but additional and personal guidance is absolutely necessary to keep up a strong practice for the full 9 months.

I am a yoga teacher and sound healing & breathwork facilitator, who loves to guide people into connection, inner clarity & relaxation in the body. With a soft and intuitive approach, I create a safe space to tune into the body and reconnect on a physical, emotional, and mental level. It’s my passion to blend movement, breath, stillness and sound, to calm the nervous system and restore natural energy flow. Drawing from my own journey from burnout to breath-led living, I support others in rediscovering their strength, boundaries and authenticity, so they can step fully into their own energy and live with awareness and ease. When I’m not guiding sessions, you’ll find me moving & dancing, spending time outside in nature, gardening, savoring a warm cup of cacao & diving into deep conversations about life and all it's challenges — or simply enjoying silence & spend time on the couch with a book.
Description

Gentle Flow is a slow, flowing style of yoga that invites you to connect deeply with your body, release tension in muscles and joints, softens the body and sync movement with the breath. It’s a moving meditation that brings balance, harmony, and inner calm. The final part of the class features sound healing, using gentle vibrations from instruments such as singing bowls, handpan & chimes to guide your body and mind into deep relaxation. The soothing sounds help release tension, calm the nervous system, and balance energy, creating space for reflection, integration, and inner harmony. This meditative experience supports emotional release, mental clarity, and a profound sense of well-being. This class is perfect for both beginners and seasoned practitioners.

I love guiding people into their strength...the kind you feel in your muscles and the kind that rises from deep, connected breathing. With over ten years of experience teaching strength & conditioning group classes, I help you build fire in your body, while also inviting that beautiful softness that comes through breathwork.
My focus is balance: the masculine spark of effort and the feminine flow of ease. In my classes you’ll experience both...embodied strength and the gentle openness that arrives when you truly listen to your breath. It’s that sweet dance between power and surrender.
I’m happiest when I see someone drop fully from the head into their body and realize they can be strong and soft at the same time. Off the mat, you’ll usually find me enjoying good food (a lot), dancing at festivals, or enjoying time with family and friends.
Description
Core & Curves is a supportive, upbeat strength class designed to help you feel powerful. We work with bodyweight, resistance bands, and dumbbells to activate your glutes, legs, and core in a way that feels both accessible and effective.
Set to motivating music, each session gives you options — whether you’re seeking more intensity or needing something gentler due to injury or experience level. You are always welcome exactly as you are.

Description
This gentle connected breathing session invites you into a safe space where everything you feel is welcome. We breathe in a continuous flow — without pauses — allowing the breath to open your body, calm your mind, and bring you fully into the present moment.
Connected breathing helps release stress and stored tension, supports nervous system regulation, and can bring emotional softness, clarity, and a deeper sense of inner connection. In this class we explore the practice on a soft and accessible level, so you can move at your own pace and feel fully supported.
Eat something small 1,5 hours before breathwork to optimally fuel your body.
Please note: Breathwork can touch deep layers. To keep the experience safe, participation is not recommended if you have:
– Epilepsy
– Current or past psychosis
– Severe heart conditions
– Uncontrolled high blood pressure
– Pregnancy
– Acute or unprocessed trauma (e.g. dissociation, flashbacks)
– Serious lung conditions or asthma with intense breathing
– Diagnosed bipolar disorder or borderline (unless stable and under guidance)
– Use of strong nervous system–affecting medication (e.g. benzodiazepines, antipsychotics)
If you’re unsure if this class is right for you, please consult your healthcare provider or speak with me beforehand.
Level: all levels welcome.

Description
A moment to slow down, sink into your body, and reconnect with your inner flow.
Willeke will guide you through a meditative, gentle flow that invites you to step out of your mind and land fully in your body. Together, we activate the feminine energy—your source of creative power, sensuality, and life force—and create space for connection, safety, and free expression.
A journey inward, where you return home to yourself.
What to expect:
🌹 Meditation: to arrive in stillness, focus your mind, and become aware of your inner world.
🌹 Breathwork: to ground yourself in the present moment. Your breath is always with you—when you feel it consciously, you come home to the now. Breathwork also supports deeper relaxation and creates balance in body, mind, and emotions.
🌹 Movement: to release stored emotions and allow your energy to flow freely. Through feminine flow movements, you reconnect with your sensual, feminine essence. Your blood and life force begin to move again, helping you feel your body more clearly and tune into her whispers.
You merge with everything that is, allowing your movements to follow the natural invitations of your energy and emotions.
After the class, you will feel lighter, softer, and more connected to yourself. Your energy flows more freely, your mind feels calmer, and your heart is open, cultivating a deep sense of relaxation, trust, and coming home to your body.

I create spaces where you can soften, listen, and return to the wisdom of your own heart.
In my weekly meditation sessions, I gently guide you inward, to that quiet place within, where your heart’s true longing can speak, without judgment or old stories. Each class closes with a moment of integration, with the gentle sounds of live instruments, so that what you’ve met inside can settle gently into your being.
Through cacao ceremonies, I offer the warm, loving embrace of this heart-opening plant medicine, a sacred pause to connect deeply with yourself and others, held in kindness and presence.
My connection to nature extends into the kitchen as well. As a plant-based chef, I craft my own ceremonial cacao and work deeply with medicinal herbs. I love cooking with ingredients gifted to us by Mother Earth, reminding us that healing and wholeness are woven into her roots, her plants, and her seasons.
Description
This class is your safe space to begin or deepen your meditation practice. We reconnect with the body through subtle movements, awakening presence and releasing stored tension. A simple breathing exercise gently guides your attention toward your breath, the inner silence, and the warmth of your heart space, creating a calm and open inner environment.
From there, I’ll guide you into a gentle, heart-centered meditation, where you’ll learn to listen inward with kindness and curiosity.
We close with a soothing live sound integration, where I play healing instruments to support the settling of your experience, a moment to simply be, absorb, and integrate.
Perfect for beginners, this class is designed to hold you step-by-step, as you discover the peace and wisdom that already resides within.
Please come in soft, comfortable clothing that allows you to sit and breathe with ease. The session is guided in Dutch. If you prefer to meditate in English, please let me know in advance, I’m happy to accommodate.
