Description
Rest is powerful. In a culture that often asks us to keep pushing, choosing to slow down can be a radical act of care for ourselves and our community.
This donation-based monthly gathering begins with a gentle Yin practice—long, supported postures designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and invite stillness into the body. We’ll then settle into Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation often called “yogic sleep,” allowing the body to deeply rest while the mind drifts into a state of profound relaxation.
This class is open to all bodies and experience levels. Come as you are, rest as you need, and share in a quiet space of collective care.
Donation-based. All are welcome. 🌿🌙
This class will be offered the first Sunday of every month and may feature different teachers.
