Strengthen from the inside-out with focused full-body movements using controlled, intentional movements targeting the deep core muscles while improving flexibility, posture, and overall body awareness.
A low-impact, yet highly effective workout emphasizing breath, alignment and precision.
Appropriate for beginners with modifications and progressions offered to meet you where you are.
Duration: 50-60 minutes. All equipment provider, please bring water!
INTRODUCTORY RATES- $12 per class, or 10 Class Pass (+ one free class) for $80. **Class Pass will be good for all additional classes lead by Suzanne at The Sanctuary.
