Sculpt, strengthen, and lengthen in this dynamic fusion of barre and Pilates.
A blending of small, controlled barre movements with core- focused Pilates exercises to create a full body workout that is both low- impact and effective. Using light weights, body resistance, and isometric holds, arms, glutes, thighs and core will be targeted, while improving posture, balance, and flexibility.
Suitable for all fitness levels. This energizing class will leave you feeling strong, toned, and gracefully aligned.
