Hi! I’m Ellie! I’m a passionate, loving, nurturing, creative, and fun loving kind of gal! I always make time for anyone who needs to talk, no matter how busy I am. My passions that I practice daily are cooking from scratch, singing, dancing, and yoga. All of these passions, except yoga, found me around the age of 4. My mom introduced me to Hatha yoga when I was 11. A year later, she found a cabaret belly dancing class that we could do together. I couldn’t help but immediately fall in love with both yoga and belly dancing. Throughout the decades, I have always been happy to guide people who have shown interest in learning specific asanas or belly dancing moves. In my first 200hr yoga teacher training course, during a 1 on 1 practice teaching session, I noticed my partner was interested in learning how to do a body roll. So I figured out a way to incorporated that into the yoga practice. It’s always fun to go with the flow!

Michael Bosby
Michael has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and has completed three 200 Yoga teacher trainings. With roots in Ashtanga yoga, he combines inspiration from many areas. He enjoys hiking, traveling, seeing live music and taking landscape photography in his free time. His classes will be challenging but also suitable for all levels with modifications being offered. He will focus on emphasizing correct posture and alignment throughout the class. He is passionate about maintaining the wisdom and philosophy of yoga that has served him greatly in his own practice. He believes in empowering you with tools that you can use to feel confident and comfortable in your body and integrating them into your life off the mat.
Description
In a typical Slow Flow session, you'll find yourself diving into a refreshing oasis of movement and tranquility, where the pace is intentionally slowed down to cultivate a deep sense of peace and connection with both body and mind. Unlike the rapid rhythm of a traditional Flow class, Slow Flow offers a serene journey through about half the number of poses, allowing ample time to luxuriate in each posture.
Here, we embrace the art of stillness, holding poses for extended periods while indulging in multiple cycles of nourishing breaths. It's a sanctuary for beginners and those on the path to recovery from injuries, offering a nurturing environment without the pressure of keeping up with a faster flow.
Yet, don't be misled by the term "Slow Flow" into thinking it's a breeze. Beneath its gentle exterior lies a hidden strength-building powerhouse, where each prolonged hold offers an opportunity to sculpt both body and mind. If your mind races a mile a minute and the idea of slowing down feels daunting, these classes might just push you out of your comfort zone – and that's precisely why we practice yoga.
Amidst the chaos of our busy lives, Slow Flow serves as a much-needed refuge, inviting us to press pause, recalibrate, and savor moments of tranquility. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just dipping your toes into the practice, these classes offer a welcoming embrace, reminding us all of the importance of slowing down and finding solace in the present moment.

Description
This meditative practice complements dynamic muscular workouts by encouraging muscles to recover quicker. It lowers cortisol levels which helps you lose weight. The poses help to create space in the body, particularly the hips and lower back where the greatest range of motion is lost with age. This practice supports the development of a more introspective and mindful awareness of one’s physical, energetic, emotional, and mental equilibrium.
This slow-paced style of yoga incorporating principles of traditional Eastern medicine. It features asanas that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. This stillness softens the body and allows the postures to stimulate connective tissue, fascia, and ligaments. It also affects bone density, joint mobility, and the overall health of the internal organs.

Ellie Hartman
Hi!
Description
Restorative yoga encourages deep rest and relaxation of the mind, body, and spirit. This style of practice is done at a slow pace with long holds, slow movements, and deep breathing. It is a practice where you can slow down, notice what is happening in your body, fully support your needs, and give yourself the space and compassion to to heal, to rest, and reset the self to whatever is in alignment with your highest good. We use an assortment of props to support the body and guide you into deeper surrender in each pose. We welcome you to come as you are and join us on this important journey of deep relaxation and rest.

Hey soul sister! I’m Courtney – best selling author, podcast host, yoga instructor, reiki master, hypnotherapist, trauma-somatics healer and inspirational speaker. I help women remember their souls purpose and return home in their bodies. I am a wife, mother of three, fur mom to three and successful entrepreneur. My journey through life is the framework that has led me to serve others. I was homeless on food stamps, and a closet alcoholic who tried to take my own life due to trauma. I haven’t just overcome darkness, trauma, anxiety and depression – but I have used these pains as lessons and stepping stones to mold me into the woman I am today, helping others reach their goals physically, mentally, and spiritually. Let me help you break through barriers, step into your purpose and become the Divine Goddess you were destined to be.
