Clip in and ride! 🚴‍♀️ Saddle & Sculpt begins with 30 minutes of energizing cycling, featuring climbs, intervals, and rhythm-based pushes designed to elevate your heart rate and build endurance. After the ride, transition off the bike for 20 minutes of targeted strength training, focusing on a different muscle group each week—from legs and glutes to core, upper body, and total-body sculpting.
