Maggie Sciarra
I began my yoga journey in 2010, exploring the practice as a way to cultivate balance and self-awareness. In 2016, I took my first formal training, and by 2017, I started teaching—initially through private lessons before expanding to gyms and yoga studios.
When the world shifted during COVID, I co-created an online yoga platform with two colleagues, offering virtual classes for six months. After relocating to Europe, I continued working with a few online students before taking a break from teaching to focus on my personal practice. Last year, I returned to sharing yoga through Instagram live sessions and have also uploaded classes to YouTube.

Pace: Gentle

My classes are an invitation to come back to your body, reconnect with your breath, and tune into your sensations. We begin with deep breathing exercises to welcome the day and centre ourselves in the present moment. Gentle joint movements follow to warm up the body, preparing for an asana practice tailored to each session. We conclude with a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra and a guided rotation of consciousness, allowing you to fully integrate the practice and find a sense of inner stillness.
I look forward to sharing this journey with you.

Fiona Saluk
Fiona is a certified E-RYT 250 yoga teacher who has been teaching for 7 years and practicing for 15. She specializes in teaching creative flows with each class different to the last. Expect to find yourself fully present in her classes as you explore new transitions or creative ways to approach powerful asanas. A certified sound healing practitioner, music is central to her teaching whether through a carefully curated playlist, or through the use of singing bowls at the end of a class.
With a special interest in how we can practice yoga ‘off the mat’ you’ll often hear her sharing wisdom from the ancient yogic texts, and yoga philosophy during class. Many students come for the physical practice, but stay for the journey inwards as she encourages deep self-reflection. Her classes are full of dynamic flows that help students reach that meditative or ‘flow state’ through movement and breath. She encourages students to use their yoga practice to learn more about themselves and journey within.
While Fiona guides you through the asanas, you’ll find her approach lighthearted and encouraging, her calm demeanor keeping you motivated throughout.

Valeria Venditti
Valeria (she/they) is a Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher with a background in queer theory, feminist philosophy (PhD, Sapienza University of Rome) and posturology (C.R.O.M.O.N., Rome). They’ve practised yoga since 2006 and taught since 2016. Their teaching is shaped by long-term practice and by studying yoga philosophy and texts through SOAS University of London and Yoga Campus (London). They also studied Ayurvedic science and massage, including Pindaswarma techniques (Atharvaveda, Rome).
Valeria has trained across different approaches, including Scaravelli-inspired yoga and anatomy-informed practice (Yoga Yoss, Italy; Yoga Detour, Canada). Their work also draws on Kundalini traditions carried forward by women teachers, outside the oppressive and patriarchal legacy of many male-led lineages. They’re particularly interested in the Western reception of yoga and the history of female yoga practitioners.
Classes blend Hatha yoga with Kundalini influences, slow transitions, subtle oscillations, and a lot of balance. For Valeria, yoga is a way to feel the mind and hear the body: poses are energies, and all bodies and abilities can engage in the practice.
