rocket I Cancelled
Description
Rocket Yoga is a reimagined take on the traditional Ashtanga system, offering a dynamic and empowering flow designed to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. If traditional Ashtanga is the classical composition, Rocket is the remix—vibrant, experimental, and energizing, much like electronic dance music blending layers of rhythm and melody. With a focus on creative progression, Rocket Yoga introduces modifications and variations that make advanced postures more accessible, helping you break through perceived limitations and explore new heights in your practice. Each class emphasizes breath count, alignment, and fluid movement to cultivate a deeply meditative state.
Rocket is divided into Rocket I, Rocket II, and Rocket III, each of which take the traditional primary and intermediate Ashtanga series, and focus on targeted body strength and flexibility. The three series total 142 poses. Sweat and hard work are expected, and meditation comes easily at the end!
Rocket I: based on Ashtanga Primary Series
Rocket II: based on Ashtanga Intermediate and Advanced series
Rocket III: (aka "Happy Hour") combines the seated Rocket I and Rocket II

In Ayurveda, a sister science of yoga and a subschool of the Atharva Veda, cannabis is known as vijaya, a Sanskrit word meaning “victory” or “conquest.” It is named among the “five sacred plants" which release us from anxiety, and praised as a source of happiness, a joy-giver, and a liberator. It is said that Lord Shiva offered cannabis to humanity as a gift — a plant to aid the inward journey. For millennia, sages and seekers have turned to this sacred herb to support meditation, deepen spiritual insight, and connect to higher states of consciousness.
While not all yogic traditions include cannabis, many modern practitioners have found that — when used intentionally and mindfully — it can act as a powerful portal to presence. It may help quiet the mind, release emotional tension, and create a deeper, more embodied connection within the practice. Of course, cannabis is not a magic fix or a necessity — and like anything, it can be misused. But with clear intention and respect for the body, it can be a beautiful ally on the path of Self-discovery. This class invites you to explore that for yourself.
Whether you show up high, low, or somewhere in between… come as you are. Leave with higher vybs.

Women's Circle
Description
Women's Circles provide a nurturing and supportive space for women to come together, share their stories, and form meaningful connections.
For centuries, gatherings like these have been a cornerstone of community life, fostering sisterhood and mutual support. However, in modern society, the tradition of women coming together in sacred circles has largely faded, leaving many feeling isolated, disconnected, and caught in a cycle of competition.
Now is the time to reclaim this ancient practice, reconnect with our divine feminine energy, and celebrate the magic that lies within every woman!
These gatherings are a celebration of creativity, intuition, and the shared joys and struggles of the female experience.
We’ll ground into our bodies, explore how the moon phases influence our lives, and dive into topics on wellness and self-care.
Each gathering is a unique experience, offering meaningful discussions and opportunities to connect deeply with other women. No matter the theme, every session will provide a safe, welcoming, and nurturing space.
