We are so happy to welcome Kim Brice back to Womanhood Studio! If you have been to her classes before you already know what an inspiring woman she is! If you haven't met her yet, this is your chance!

During this workshop you can expect to experience what mindfulness is, gain insights into what are the causes and effects of stress in your life and how to relate to stressors in a more supportive way. The paradox is you do not need to force yourself to feel relaxed when you're not. By meeting yourself exactly the way you are at any moment – physically, mentally and emotionally -- with kindness and compassion, something begins to shift inside and in that space inner ease begins to unfold.

We offer a safe, trusting space in which moms could vent, speak and listen to each other in an honest and supportive way.

A place where judgement stays outside and in which we embrace each other's experiences in a compassionate way. Sharing thoughts and feelings in a candid way can be not only uplifting but even therapeutic.

Join us (with of without your baby) for an hour every other Tuesday and on every first Saturday of the month.

Vinyasa Yoga is a ‘style’ of yoga that connects breath to movement; also known as “flow yoga.” Vinyasa yoga links one asana/pose to another using the breathe to create fluidity while strengthening the body and mind. Through a creative series of asanas/postures the teacher prepares you for a more challenging ‘peak’ pose. Because the Vinyasa yoga poses are linked together; during this practice you will smoothly transition from pose to pose while building strength, endurance and flexibility. This ‘style’ of yoga is for everyone, all levels (beginner-advanced) & no experience needed.

Find balance and energy with Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga will allow you to reduce stress, calm and balance body and mind. It can help you improve your flexibility and mobility. We‘ll work to free up the energy in the body, making your Organs happy.

What is Yin Yoga?

In Yin Yoga we move at a slower pace, holding poses for up to five minutes. Instead of heating up, we relax the muscles as much as possible. In these passive poses we can work the deeper connective tissues – tendons, ligaments and fascia.

You are the Yin to my Yang <3

Yin completes a more heating yang practice, such as Vinyasa yoga, running or weight exercise. In Yin we slow things down and turn inward. A wonderful antidote in today‘s fast-paced world.

Join Eva every Wednesday evening at 21.00 at Womanhood Studio for an hour of Yin yoga starting from August 29.
