Pilates exercises are designed to coordinate movement and breath to work the smaller muscles as well as core muscles. It helps to align your entire body and support your joints.
Being a low-impact exercise means that it is suitable for all ages and fitness levels… but don’t be fooled. The movements might look simple, they provide a serious workout for your muscles and your core. You will gain both strength and flexibility.
Pilates benefits include:

Come and experience deep stretches and mindful movement in our yoga hammocks. The hammocks offer full support so that you can sink into poses you may never have tried before. But don’t worry - you don’t need any previous aerial yoga experience for this class. In fact, all levels are welcome.
You will be guided through a series of restorative poses, but also exercises that strengthen your core while helping your muscles let go of tension, ending with a moment of relaxation - being cocooned and completely supported in the sling in Savasana (which feels so good that many of our yoginis don’t want to leave!). Whether you have experienced aerial yoga or have never tried it before, we know you will love the relaxing meditative energy of our Fly Low class.
The benefits:
- Deep stretches that invite you to be in the present moment
- Deep tissue massage from the pressure of the yoga sling
- Restorative poses for grounding and relaxing
- Feel completely cocooned and supported in the yoga sling
Extra info:
- Bring warm socks or an extra sweater fo Savasana.
- We advise that you do not eat or drink for at least an hour before the class.

Deze ouder-kind wobbelyoga sessie staat in het teken van onze liefde voor alle moederfiguren!
14 mei staat in het teken van alle mama’s! Hoe leuk is het om deze dag samen te spenderen op de Wobbel? Duik samen in de fantasiewereld van jouw kind en ontdek hoe fijn het kan zijn om je weer even kind te voelen!
Wobbelyoga
Wobbelyoga is een avontuurlijke en vrolijke les voor onze jongste yogi’s tussen de 3 en 6 jaar oud (maximale lengte 160 cm). De les is gebaseerd op het gebruik van de Wobbel, een balansbord, speciaal ontwikkeld voor het vergoten van het lichaamsbewustzijn van de allerkleinste yogi’s. Het kind voert de yogaposes uit op het wobbelbord en de ouder ondersteunt het kind hierin, zodat er een samenspel ontstaat waaraan beiden veel plezier zullen beleven. Meebewegen met jouw kind op het balansbord en een veilige haven bieden, zorgt voor een diepere hechting met jouw kindje.
Moederdag
In de workshop waar verbinding en plezier voorop staan, wisselen inspanning en ontspanning elkaar af. In deze ouder-kind wobbelyoga sessie staat het thema Moederfiguur centraal. Tijdens de les vieren we alle moeders, het moederschap, de hechting tussen moederfiguur en haar kind en de prachtige invloed die moeders hebben op onze wereld! Mama’s zijn tijdens deze les éxtra welkom, maar opa’s, oma’s, papa’s of andere moederfiguren zijn natuurlijk ook van harte welkom! Voor als mama bijvoorbeeld eens wilt uitslapen, ook en mooi Moederdagcadeau
Goed om te weten
In deze les is er ruimte voor acht enthousiaste mini yogi’s en een van hun ouders die klaar zijn om de wereld te ontdekken en hun liefde te vergroten. Om de bewegingsruimte te stimuleren en de veiligheid te kunnen waarborgen is er gekozen voor een beperkt aantal plekken. Leuk om te weten: tijdens de sessie maken we foto’s van de ouder-kind interactie op de Wobbel. De foto’s sturen we enkele dagen na de sessie toe. Heel leuk om samen na te genieten van een fantastisch Wobbel Avontuur!
Wobbelen gebeurt op blote voeten. We moedigen jullie aan om minimaal één uur voor aanvang niet meer te eten of te drinken en voor het verlaten van je huis nog even naar het toilet te gaan om zo de les op een fijne mindful manier te kunnen volgen.
Je kunt jouw fiets parkeren op de witte brug t.h.v. Ouder Delft. We vragen je bij het betreden van onze studio om de schoenen uit te trekken om zo een fijne en schone plek te creëren.

Join us for a postnatal session with your baby! Our classes for mothers & babies are informal, friendly, and offer a supportive space in which it's easier to bond and interact with your baby.
You can restore and strengthen your body, have fun with other mums while working on rehabilitation of the pelvis region.
Tami’s class encourages you to find a deeper physical awareness, assisting in the prevention of back pain whilst feeding, carrying and lifting your baby.
Don't forget to bring:

- A large towel/blanket for your baby.

We are inviting you to explore fluid and oceanic movements while connecting to the water and growing baby in your womb. Some of the practice is seated, alternating with moment with some flowing standing poses.
This accessible prenatal practice is suitable for all stages of pregnancy and begins with a warming-up, then we will explore postures that focus on building strength and energy. Finishing with a breath practice and meditation makes it a wonderful experience on your journey to parenting.
We will use props such as the yoga block, meditation cushion and/or pillows. No previous experience with Yoga or Pilates required.
Price:
Single class 16,50 euro / or use your memberships.
House Rules:
- Please bring your own yoga mat. If you would like to use one of our mats, the cost is €3 (cash or pin).
- Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class start time.
Cancellation policy:
- You may cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before class starts. You must do this via the MomoYoga booking system.

Experience inversions and balance poses that are usually off limits to anyone except the most experience yogis. There is no better feeling that being in monkey pose, looking at the world from upside down - perfect for seeing new perspectives :-)
If you are new to Aerial Yoga, we recommend you sign up to our Aerial Yoga Basics Workshop (check out the weekly schedule for the next date).

Pilates exercises are designed to coordinate movement and breath to work the smaller muscles as well as core muscles. It helps to align your entire body and support your joints. Perfect to prepare your body for birth.
Being a low-impact exercise means that it is suitable for all ages and fitness levels… but don’t be fooled. The movements might look simple, they provide a serious workout for your muscles and your core. You will gain both strength and flexibility.
Pilates benefits include:
- Improved posture, balance and flexibility
- Decreased back pain
- Increased energy
- Decreases stress
If you are joining us online, all you need is a yoga mat, space to move, a chair without armrests) and/or a Pilates ball.

Ervaar hoe heerlijk het is om 'in the air' te aarden. Bij Aerial Yoga sta je vaak niet met beide benen op de grond. Sterker nog, je hangt vaak in de lucht en ook nog ondersteboven :-). Dit helpt je heerlijk en diep te ontspannen en de wereld op een ander perspectief te bekijken.
Extra info:
- Wij adviseren je om minimaal een uur voor de les niet te eten of te drinken.
- Mannen en vrouwen zijn welkom.
- Om onze yogaslings schoon en hygiënisch te houden, vragen we je vriendelijk om een shirt te dragen dat je oksels bedekt (geen hemdjes, topjes of spaghettibandjes).
- Draag kleding zonder ritsen of haken die de slings kunnen beschadigen.
- Neem je yoga mat mee (of huur er één van ons voor €3) en een fles water.

If that is the case, the question arises, what should we minimally do every day to keep our spine as strong, flexible and healthy as possible?
Back pain is one of the world's biggest health problems, and unfortunately, it's becoming increasingly common. Did you know that trouble sleeping, or insomnia, is a primary side effect in 80% of people dealing with back pain?
Let’s look into possible steps to lower the risk of developing back pain and discover how YOGA can help keeping your spine healthier.
In our Series of 3 classes we will understand common causes of backpain, look into posture issues and mobility to avoid or reduce the risk of back pain.
We will learn proper body alignment and good posture, which will help you maintain the natural curvature of the spine, as it is an important part of reducing or avoiding lower back pain.
Your spine plays a key role in many aspects of your body’s physical health. From your back to your core, your spine supports many different muscle groups throughout your body.
Join Elisa and get inspired! Be curious, preform simple yet practical exercises and Yoga asanas (postures) that might help you to keep your spine healthy.
Practicalities:
- Dates: Wed. 10, 17 & 31 May
- Min. number of participants: 3
- Suitable for all genders, ages and pre-existing conditions.
- Please let the teacher know upfront your injuries and aliments.
- Refrain from eating and drinking at least 1 hour before class starts.
