Start your day with the Sunrise Yoga and Rise & Shine for the rest of the day 😊
This morning practice is a perfect way to awaken your body and mind, increase your strength and flexibility and set your mindset in a positive way. Yoga in the morning can help improve blood flow, leading to feelings of awareness and alertness.

We will start the practice with relaxation, to find a better connection with ourselves, to notice how we feel and to observe the sensations in our body and mind. Then we will take a moment to focus on the breathing – a very important process, which helps to deliver oxygen to our organs, cells and creates energy in our body. And then we will move to our yoga practice, where we will focus on coordinating breath with mindful movements. Sunrise Yoga will involve Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar – a classic sequence of yoga poses) and Hatha Yoga poses (asanas).

It can be a great way to start the day with a sense of relaxation and focus.
