Lesia is a friendly, enthusiastic and compassionate yoga teacher dedicated to helping people feel stronger, healthier and more confident in their bodies. Her classes are welcoming and supportive where every student feels comfortable, encouraged and valued, regardless of age, experience or fitness level. Lesia’s medical background provides a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology and human movement, allowing her to guide students with a deeper understanding of how the body functions. Her knowledge helps her create safe, effective and accessible yoga practices that support overall physical and mental wellbeing. Lesia teaches Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Chair yoga and yoga with props. She also does 1:1 work with students.

Yoga to me is so much more than the movement. I initially found yoga in search of improving fitness and flexibility but what I found was a space and time that quietened my busy mind and during that time I spent on my mat I was able to completely switch my head off. As someone who has a never ending to do list and feels like they should always be doing something, I found this calming mind exactly what I needed, far more than the physical movement itself. After practicing regularly for nearly 10 years, and many years of wanting to do my yoga teacher training, I finally plucked up the courage to just go for it. I completed my 200hr Vinyasa and Yin Yoga Teacher Training in Sri Lanka in November 2024, and began teaching in January 2025 as soon as I returned from my travels. Although I have often been drawn to a stronger practice, after doing my training in vinyasa and yin, I have grown to appreciate both the yin and the yang. The combination of the two practices has really helped me find more balance, and realise that it's okay to slow down. My classes will flow through movement with the breath including asana variations making it accessible to all.

I’m Lottie, newly qualified in 200hrs Vinyasa Flow but I’ve been practicing Yoga for over 20 years. My classes aren’t about perfection, they’re about showing up & meeting yourself where you are each day. My aim is to provide an invitation to connect with the body and the breath, becoming present in the moment and restoring some balance to the nervous system. I love helping people to see the grace in their own body, through intuitive movements and flowing poses, always with plenty of options to support each of us in our own capacity. I want to create a space that feels as accessible as possible, somewhere for people to come as they are, without judgement. My teaching focuses on demonstrating that we all have the tools to support ourselves from within. I believe Yoga can, and should be for everyone! I’ve never seen myself as naturally sporty, you should see me try to run! But Yoga is profoundly more than the physical poses, it’s provided a pillar for me during some of the most testing times in my life. Somewhere to come back to & help me reaffirm who I really am. I bring this passion to my classes & help people to find some balance in their lives, with a bit more space, confidence and love for their bodies.
