Join Kate for a strong, dynamic practice designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance. Power Flow is a breath-led class that moves through a creative yoga sequence, linking movement and breath to create a fluid and energising experience.

Expect smooth transitions between poses, combined with dynamic vinyasas to gently elevate the heart rate. While the class brings energy and momentum, there are also moments of stillness, holding postures to develop strength, focus, and body awareness.

Kate places emphasis on alignment and attention to detail, offering hands-on adjustments and thoughtful modifications to support your practice.
Come ready to move, challenge yourself, and most importantly, have fun. This is an intermediate level class - so for yoga students with plenty of experience and a regular vinyasa Yoga practice
