RESET & RENEW Day Retreat
20 January 2024 - 9.30am - 4.30pm
The Barn at Minster Mill, Minster Lovell OX29 0RN


After the rush and busyness of Christmas and New Year, lean into the shorter, darker days of January with a full day of pampering on this special day retreat.

9.30am - Welcome and Meditation
9.45am - Hatha Yoga Flow
11am - Tea/coffee/cake
11.30am - Face Acupressure Self-Massage
12.30pm - 2-course buffet Vegetarian Lunch in our own space
1.15pm - time to explore the grounds, journal or simply chill/chat
1.45pm - self-foot massage
2.15pm - Yin Yoga
3pm - Gong Bath
4.10pm - Tea/cake and goodbyes
4.30pm - end of the day
All in the peaceful setting of Minster Mill at Minster Lovell.

The total cost of the day is £120.

There is a beautiful spa at the hotel, so there's the option to extend your day by booking a treatment at the end of the retreat day. Please contact me for details.
