Description
The class begins with a dynamic Yoga flow that’s builds strength and warmth and then slows its pace to enjoy some deep stretches once the body is nice and warm. The slow will be infused with gentle encouragement and support from your teacher as you settle into your rest and digest mode. This class is the best of both worlds 🙏
