Description

We start the class with a classic Hatha sequens to then move into breathing, simple mantras and the class ends with a short meditation.

MANTRA SADHANA

Mantras are repetitive sounds which penetrate the depths of the unconscious mind.

It is loud chanting or mental practice. It helps to explore energy patterns and awaken the dormant centres of consciousness.
