Ready to kick off the weekend spicing up your practice and have some fun?
In this class we´ll work on strengthening shoulders and core and in different ways prepare the whole body to go upside down.
We’ll then look at different ways to work towards and practice handstand and forearm balance (Pincha Mayurasana).
