Inspirerade av Ashtangans första serie men här tillåter vi oss att gå lite utanför reglerna och böjer till det lite. Kan anpassas till alla nivåer men lämna egot hemma så jobbar vi på ödmjukheten tillsammans istället. Lång savasana i slutet. Varmt välkomna och lek!

Space m yoga is a practice of movement and relaxation. Learning how to explore the space within and around the body and how to move with ease. An invitation to create more possibilities within your practice. Space m yoga is a blend of classical yoga postures with innovative movement. Encouraging the body to move in a 360 ̊capacity, with undulations, articulations and wave like patterns. The practice begins with simple, slow, fluid movements, developing into integrated active sequences, with a constant focus on the transitional moments.

Space m yoga is created by Magnus Ringberg, physiotherapist and trainer. Today he continues to evolve the program together with Anna Fellström, Aimee Challies and Liv Örnerfors.

Liv is a physiotherapist and yoga teacher with a great passion for sharing movements and knowledge. Yoga has been a part of her life since 25 years and today she works with private sessions, group training and assisting Space m yoga teacher training.
