A fun combination class where we open up with mat based pilates and end on a restorative yoga note. Leaving your core muscles happy and your mind in peace when you leave the cozy studio to head home in the dark.
For all levels. Also suits people with back problems and weak wrists. Always inform instructor of any injuries before class.
Pernilla is a certified STOTT PILATES® instructor and has before landning in Mölle worked with students in London, Costa Rica and Brazil.
STOTT PILATES® is a contemporary approach to the original Pilates method based on modern principles of exercise science and rehabilitation.
(My 4 year old daughter will be accompanying me to this class)

The specially tuned Tibetan bowls are carefully placed on, and around your body whilst Eva Lena softly and rhythmically tap the bowls with a felted stick. The harmonious sound that arises travel deep down into the body, loosening up tension in muscles, organs and joints. The sound massage paves the way for deep relaxation, recovery and brain rest and thus activates the body’s power to self-regulate and heal.

COVID-19 GUIDELINES AT THE SHALA
With the new Covid-19 restrictions put in place in Skåne and other parts in Sweden we have decided to make a few changes to our previous guidelines.
We need your help to make it work so please read through the following measures before coming to class.
1. A maximum of 7 students in each class.
2. All yogis have to bring their own mat. NO EXCEPTIONS. We will not let you take class if you come without a mat. We do offer mats for sale (please note that we only have the more expensive ones in stock at the moment)
3. All classes will be taught without props. If you want to bring your own you are more than welcome. We encourage you to BRING YOUR OWN BLANKET to class. NO STUDIO PROPS WILL BE AVAILABLE.
4. NO HANDS-ON ASSISTING will take place
5. During class keeping a safe distance is no problem - BUT after class we have the problem that everyone exits the studio at the same time. We ask you to spread out and keep a MAXIMUM OF 3 PEOPLE in the changing room at a time.
Work together and KINDLY remind each other.
Keep in mind that it is easy to forget. Stay loving.
6. Wash your hands before and after class - hand sanitizers are available inside the studio. Please use them. If possible shower before class.
7. Stay home if you feel the slightest sick. Stay safe and healthy.

Breathwork calms and activates the parasympathetic nervous system which puts your body in the state of rest and digest. It is a tool that helps you relearn a healthy way of breathing that strengthens your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being.

My journey with Breathwork began in 2019 shortly after being diagnosed with an Auto-Immune condition.
I was drawn to a path of self healing through a variety of holistic treatments and after re-establishing a different lifestyle and practicing breathwork daily I began experiencing transforming benefits and my condition and general well-being has improved drastically.
I have trained to guide breathwork by JP Crimi and completed the Breathwork fundamentals & Advanced fundamentals course with Dan Brulé.
Conscious connected breathing has changed my life profoundly. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience to help others change their breathing pattern to create lasting and permanent transformative change in their lives.

My journey with Breathwork began in 2019 shortly after being diagnosed with an Auto-Immune condition.
I was drawn to a path of self healing through a variety of holistic treatments and after re-establishing a different lifestyle and practicing breathwork daily I began experiencing transforming benefits and my condition and general well-being has improved drastically.
I have trained to guide breathwork by JP Crimi and completed the Breathwork fundamentals & Advanced fundamentals course with Dan Brulé.
Conscious connected breathing has changed my life profoundly. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience to help others change their breathing pattern to create lasting and permanent transformative change in their lives.

Tin's classes are soft and calm with a focus on grounding the body and landing in the breath to open up and replenish energy.
Yinyoga
In yinyoga, you let your muscles relax completely. You stay in each position for several minutes and at the same time practice conscious presence. When you do, the fascia, the connective tissue, will soften. When stiff, it prevents you from moving.
Each position is held for a 3-5 minutes, which gives us time to calm the mind as well. In yinyoga we want to access the body's fascia, connective tissue, instead of the muscles. This is achieved by not going so deep in the stretch and instead holding the position for a long time. Great focus is on the area around the hips and lowerback. These are especially rich in connective tissue and, according to yoga philosophy, store a lot of physical as well as emotional tension. The important thing is not how the position looks but how it feels.
Yinyoga is suitable for anyone who wants to stretch, relax and train focus and presence. It´s a very calm form of yoga. Everyone is welcome, you do not need any previous knowledge.

It has been then spread out in the world for the benefit of millions of people.
REI means universal energy. KI means individual energy.
REI-KI hence, is the ability for an individual to channel universal Energy and transfer it through the hands.
It is hands-on healing with universal Energy.
Moreover it is a philosophy and a life-style, within which the practitioner is dedicated about Self-discovery, awareness, humbleness, and openness to a higher wisdom.
It is SIMPLE, EFFICIENT, and is opening the inner doors for personal and spiritual development.

The initiation is a beautiful moment of connection with a higher form of wisdom , some may call it «Higher Self» or «Universal Energy». Sundays will give you a peek into the variety of instructors and classes that we offer at the studio. Each week we will offer different classes to encourage you to try something new. Enjoy!
We appreciate every single one of you for keeping our little studio in Mölle alive though covid and low seasons.
Our instructors give their time and passion to you on a weekly basis because they want to share their energy with you.
We don't have a cancelation policy and we don't charge anyone who doesn't come to class. That said it is hard on our instructors when they start the day with a fully booked class just to end up är the studio by themselves. They also have full days and teach yoga because they love it. But it takes a toll on the soul to not feel wanted.
We urge you first of all to come to class because we need you. 🙏
Second of all. If something happens and you can't come to class please cancel as early as possible. And if something happens last minute don't hesitate to send a message to the studio or to the teacher directly. The teacher will surely appreciate you sending a thought
