Description
"Morning Slow Flow Yoga" refers to a gentle and mindful yoga practice which we perform in the morning. This yoga session is designed to wake up the body and mind gradually, providing a smooth transition from rest to activity.
During this practice, Aerials and Wheels are used :) Lots of fun for Friday morning yoga.
Here are some key features and benefits of Morning Slow Flow Yoga:
Gentle Movements: The practice involves slow, deliberate movements and poses that focus on stretching and warming up the body.
Mindfulness: Emphasis on mindful breathing and awareness, helping to set a positive and calm tone for the day.
Flexibility: Aimed at improving flexibility and easing any stiffness that might have developed overnight.
Strength and Balance: Incorporates poses that build strength and improve balance without being too strenuous.
Relaxation: Often includes relaxation techniques and poses to reduce stress and anxiety.
