THE SESSION
CREATIVE VINYASA FLOW
This session will be an opportunity to explore your asana! A creative vinyasa loosely focused around the Rocket flow, Rocket yoga was created by Larry Schultz in California back in the 70s when he was touring with The Grateful Dead, psychedelic rock band. The yoga they did together helped them stay in the creative space, keeping them in their bodies and out of their heads.
You can expect enough movement to sweat a bit but with a long slow warm up to ensure you are fully connected to your body.
If you are curious to come, consider bringing a friend or two!
