About Gish Singh-Kular

Gish is an Angelic Connector, Pranic Healer and Meditation Lead. Gish has been doing energy sensitivity work for over 3 1/2 decades and is a spiritual seeker, empath & intuitive sensitive. Along the way he has also trained in Tai Chi Chuan and many types of yoga, most recently Kundalini Yoga and is the developer of The Tree Gong Challenge and Founder of Academy of Temple Arts.

A slow, spiritual, but strong Vinyasa practice for the whole body for all levels. Expect longer held pauses for mind-body connection and guided breath cues to help guide you through this deep and sometimes challenging practice.
The beginning of the class will allow you to create a space for reconnection with your inner Self through opening meditation and pranayama(breath extension), which should remain as a part of your practice for the rest of the session.
Towards the end you can expect
grounding sequence in order to slow down the breath and reflect on your experience on the mat.

This session is truly for everyone, regardless the genders, ages and abilities.
Slow and graceful pace of the class will help you to learn how to listen to your body and gain the strength, not just physically, but mentally at the first place.

Often using of the yoga props along with many adjustments tor
the poses are welcoming everyone to explore the silence inside, even if it seems to be very challenging sometimes. Same like a life itself.

This Yoga practice is about quieting of the fluctuations of the mind and creating a relationship with our mind, rather than being constantly in a separation and uncontrollable fight inside. Through the conscious and mindful movements along with a breath, you will be guided to stay present and take most of the experience off the mat into your daily life.

A warming practice with a long slow build up into more powerful postures, to bring confidence into the body and mindset. You can expect rhythmic and expressive movements for opening the body and playful ways through your vinyasa to get you feeling good, and just enough heat to give you a little afterglow as you start your weekend.
