Students can choose to come in person to the studio for more individual support and attention or follow along with the live class online.

You choose whether to keep your practice more mat based or make use of a chair for some or all the class as options will be given for either.
Content is selected to enhance your strength, stability, and range of motion but also to develop skills to support a sense of ease and calm.
In addition to your mat, you may wish to have with you a few other yoga aids such as a blanket or yoga blocks if you have them.
