The Menopause process is often not well understood or supported. Let's change that!
During this course, we delve into the biological changes that happen during menopause, along with the myriad of symptoms that occur; from physical to mental and emotional. There will be time to ask questions and share experiences, as well as laughter!
Together we will explore yoga tools to support all phases- before, during and after menopause. We cover advanced preparations to smooth the transition, support for symptoms, and suggestions to maintain well being.
At the end of the course, you will have a clear understanding of this time of transition and a toolkit to support you now and into the future.
