Wednesday's we practice a "slower, deeper, mindful flowing yoga practice"

๐ซ Asanas (postures) are presented in a fluid sequence, flowing one to the next. The practice focuses on aligning breath and intention with movement, making a meditative, full body practice possible.
MOVE - BREATHE and RELAX IN AN ACTIVE, YET NURTURING WAY
๐ซ Lots of familiar postures, with some deeper/challenging options. Plenty of demonstration and instruction, allowing you to work at a calm, steady pace, reconnecting to body and mind

(YIN-style) yoga practice that's Deep, Strong, Slow, Stretchy and really quite restorative ๐

๐ in place of your usual practice you will be guided through a YIN-style practice.
๐ What is Yin yoga?
Slower, deeper, longer held postures. A beautiful practice, excellent for calming your mind and dropping into the deeper, inner intelligence and wisdom of your body
Expect to leave feeling quieter, calmer, softer, deeply stretched, grounded and relaxed ๐
๐OPEN LEVEL, mixed abilities practice, where you are encouraged to practice at your level of the posture.

EQUIPMENT:
1 x yoga mat
1 x yoga strap/belt or similar (dressing gown cord)
1 or 2 blankets

** ๐11 May and 08 June classes will be a special YIN-style class held at the later time of 5pm
(no classes 22-26 June 2025)

6 week series ยฃ80 (6 class credits valid 6 weeks)

When purchasing a term or series of yoga, you will be provided a place in that class for the duration of the 12 wk term or 6 wk series.
Once the term/series has commenced, participants may swap to an alternative class within the 12/6 weeks validity period, when arranged in advance.
Class bookings may be cancelled/changed, via your momoyoga account, no less than 8 hours before the start of the class.
Regrettably there are no refunds for missed classes or late cancellations.
