A glorious 75-minute New Year celebration class, this group class consists of both Yin and Yang style practises. This class will begin with gentle Hatha (to stretch and strengthen the muscles) and transition into slow Yin poses (that clam the mind and restore the body) and finished with a rejuvenating extra length relaxation and meditation practise.

Men's All Level Yoga is the perfect class for Beginners or Men that have gone through our yoga programme and would like to continue developing their practise. Each week you will be guided through some new and familiar poses, a powerful set of poses that not only build muscle strength but improve suppleness, mobility and balance. This Warm Vinyasa Yoga Flow is open to all abilities, practice in a heated room to 25-30 degree (25 at the start of the class and quickly building up to 30 by the end of class). The warmth will increase your heart rate and metabolism aiding muscle tone and flexibility are improved. Joe's Hatha Yoga Flow class is a sequenced class that is focused on three pillars of Yoga called Tristana. Tristana is a tool to help cultivate the ultimate presence of mind, focus, and stability. Tristana consists of three parts: Ujjayi breath (victorious breath), the Bandhas (energy locks), and Drsti (yogic gaze). Coupled with a dynamic sequence of postures, this practice aims to bring 60 minutes of a meditation of movement, guided by the focus on breath. This practice will help build strength, improve flexibility and calm the mind. This class is suitable for all abilities.
