Inviting All to Revitalize Body, Mind, and Soul with a Joyous and Mindful Workshop



An enriching 3-hour yoga workshop designed to rejuvenate your body, mind, and soul. This unique event combines the artful practice of yoga with the healing energies of Reiki and sound therapy, to create a revitalizing experience.



Participants will begin with a 75-minute session blending Hatha and Yin Yoga, which encourages both dynamic and passive practices. Yin Yoga’s longer-held poses target meridian points to enhance energy flow and deeply stretch connective tissues, fostering a calming energy. Following a brief break with provided snacks and refreshments, attendees will then be treated to a 90-minute sound bath infused with Reiki, a universal life force energy.



Reiki and sound healing are renowned for their stress and anxiety-reducing benefits. These modalities promote relaxation, enhance the immune system, and improve overall wellness. Many participants report improved sleep quality, emotional release, and a profound sense of peace and calm.
