The warmth will increase your heart rate and metabolism aiding muscle tone and flexibility are improved. Warm/Hot Vinyasa Yoga Flow classes is a dynamic style of practice, that aims to harmonise the breath and movement as you flow through the set sequences and poses. The sets of postures are accessible to all abilities, but should challenge you in your practice, helping you to build strength, and improve your alignment and flexibility.
