Riah is a qualified yoga teacher and joined our teaching team last November, she teaching style is relaxed but equally challenging so be prepared for some yogic breathes and gentle stretches.

Hatha Yoga, this practice is focused on deep stretching that allows muscles to relax and lengthen, which puts less strain on the skeletal system and reduces tension throughout the body. This is class is suitable for everyone - all abilities
