Lucy Challinor

Lucy has been practicing yoga for over 10 years as a complement to her running and recently increased her practice and qualified as a yoga teacher.

Her classes primarily focus on core strength vinyasa but she is also interested in Hatha yoga and Yoga Shred which offers a fresh blend of high intensity interval training with yoga flow. She will look at building positivity and power during her classes, which aim to be fun and energetic with the intention of improving muscle tone and fitness.
