For Fridays:

On Fridays you can either:
•Start at 7.00h with a led part and continue Mysore Style or
•Arrive between 7.30-8.00h to join the Mysore Style part only

During the led part (7.00h- 7.30h), you will be lead through the Sun Salutations and Foundational Poses with the Vinyasa Count. This is suitable for all who already have a little bit of experience with Mysore Style. After the led part is over, you continue Mysore Style with the teacher guiding you 1-on-1.

For the Mysore Style part (7.30-9.00h) please only arrive from 7.30h onwards as the teacher cannot open the door for you earlier.

Class ends at 9.00h.

Ashtanga Mysore Yoga is the traditional way of learning the Ashtanga practice - one step at a time, with individualized instruction woven into a quiet and supportive group setting. You don’t need to know anything before you come. Teaching you is what we love - we have a clear, supportive method to help you build the practice from the ground up at a pace that feels right for you.

GOOD TO KNOW:
•Your first practice will last approximately 40-60mins, gradually increasing to more (or not if you don’t have the time), as agreeable and fitting in your schedule.
•Suitable for all levels including complete beginners and seasoned yoga practitioners.
