Description
This all-levels yoga class encourages you to move through yoga asana designed to strengthen both body and mind. Postures will focus on developing upper and lower body strength for balance and stability, as well as core strength. This class may move at a slower pace than a vinyasa or flow class, but expect to be challenged!
