Seasonal Yoga & Qigong is a gentle, seasonally led practice combining simple yoga and qigong to support balance, circulation, and ease in the body.

Each session is shaped by the time of year, offering slow, mindful movement, breath, and moments of stillness to help you move in rhythm with the season rather than against it. The practice is physically accessible and unhurried, with an emphasis on softness, presence, and embodied awareness.

Suitable for all levels and experiences, this class offers a steady, grounding way to begin the day and connect with the quieter rhythms of the body and the natural world.

This therapeutic closed group offers a supportive, consistent space for women who are seeking support with anxiety, overwhelm, stress, or trauma recovery. Working with the nervous system is the foundation of this group.

This is not a drop-in class, but a closed group, meaning you’ll practice with the same women each week. This continuity allows trust to build and supports deeper therapeutic work over time.

The group is led by Katie, a somatic coach, embodiment facilitator, mental health nurse, and yoga teacher, who brings together clinical understanding and compassionate, body-based approaches to mental health and wellbeing.

Closed groups work in five week cycles, example cycle below.

This group is suitable for women who are looking for therapeutic support in a gentle, contained, and relational setting. You do not need to be in a crisis or have any formal diagnosis to attend, and no previous experience of yoga or somatic work is required.
