This session is with Elisha, our founder and Yoga Therapist. This means the class is therapeutic in nature and could feel supportive for stress and anxiety.

Grow Yoga is built on the ethos that season to season we should be moving, eating and resting differently. The classes are guided by Ayurveda, Yoga wisdom & Elishas own reflections from the outside world.

This class is absolutely suitable for beginners.

Lunar Rhythms is a six-month closed group for women, offering a gentle invitation to reconnect with the rhythms of nature, the wisdom of the body and the changing landscape of the lunar cycle.

Meeting once each month, this circle creates space to pause, reflect and explore the qualities of the current Moon and the astrological themes unfolding at that time.

Rather than seeking certainty or prediction, we use these seasonal and celestial rhythms as a framework for self-enquiry, rest and intention.

Each session is thoughtfully shaped around the energy of the month and may weave together gentle movement, meditation, Yoga Nidra, sound, art, journalling, creative reflection and oracle cards.

These practices are designed to help you slow down, listen inwardly and cultivate a deeper relationship with yourself and the natural world.

When planning these gatherings, I receive astrological guidance from Pippa Kate Astrology, drawing on both Vedic and Sidereal astrology to help inform the themes we explore together. These insights are offered as invitations for reflection, allowing each woman to discover what resonates with her own experience.

This is a longer, more spacious session—usually between 90 minutes and two hours—allowing plenty of time to arrive, settle, practise and connect. Over six months, the consistency of gathering with the same group of women creates a sense of familiarity, trust and belonging that becomes just as valuable as the practices themselves.

If you long for a regular pause in the month—a space to reconnect with yourself, honour the changing seasons within and around you, and be held within a like-minded community—Lunar Rhythms offers a gentle place to do just that.

No previous experience of yoga, meditation or astrology is needed—only a curiosity about yourself and the rhythms that quietly shape our lives.

We meet once each month for six months. As this is a closed group, each gathering builds upon the last, allowing relationships and community to deepen over time. If you’re unable to attend a session, you’ll receive a summary of the practices and reflections explored that month. Monthly payment secures your place within the group and remains payable whether or not you are able to attend a particular session.

Veronika, our wonderful Yoga teacher will support you through the season of Autumn with slow movement & pranayama (breathwork).

These sessions respond to the seasonal changes here in England - the shifting light, the movement from Summer into Autumn, and the subtle transitions we feel within our own bodies.

Whilst nature rests, most of its movement turns inwards and happens underground. This class will support you to maintain a steady sense of movement in your body & energy system even through the darker and colder months.

Traditional health systems such as Ayurveda & TCM promote more rest, and movement that doesn’t deplete during the season of Autumn & Winter. This keeps the energy of the physical body, mind & nervous system flowing without depletion.

You can expect:

Your weekly hour of space, supported through the mediums of Restorative Yoga & Sound Healing. This class is suitable for all levels, and is particularly suited to anyone looking for a deeper relaxation experience.

Elisha is a Yoga Therapist, and her work centres rest & connection with the body as a gateway to deeper health. Rest is often a missing ingredient in most modern people’s health routines, and Elisha absolutely loves to create beautiful spaces for people to relax.

This sessions always begin with a Yogic practice. This could include a restorative Yoga pose, gentle breath connection or Yoga Nidra.

The remainder of the session will have you relaxing in the gentle vibrations of Himilayan sound bowls.

A community feel, very gentle yoga session which includes tea, conversation and a gentle yoga practice.

This is particularly suited to beginners, people with mobility needs, or those who enjoy the more simple things in life.

Some members of this group have been together for five years so the social element is a very important part of the session for us.

Unwind and settle with our Restful Yin Yoga session, designed to support your body into a deeper sense of rest, release, and stillness.

This class uses postures and concepts from Traditional Chinese Medicine to create a shift in your energy system, in a very low pressure relaxing way.

Our sessions directly respond to the seasonal changes here in England. As we move into the dark season and nature turns inwards to rest, this class offers a beautiful, healthy way to bring stillness into your own life.

What you can expect:

Energy Flow: Gentle stretches and floor positions to stimulate energy centres and meridian lines.

Deep Release: Longer, passive holds that encourage your muscles and mind to let go.

Quiet Space: Plenty of stillness & silence to give you a break from the world outside.

Nervous System Care: soothing, evidence-backed support woven thoughtfully throughout the entire session.
