Shannon’s yoga journey began with a single class in Toronto—where she instantly felt a deep connection to the practice and was hooked! That first class sparked a passion that led her to dive deep into training, earning certifications in Yin, Restorative, Meditation, Prenatal, and Vinyasa yoga. She loves blending intuitively guided movement with mindset, weaving meaningful messages into each class.
Her teaching focuses on helping students connect with their heart centre while guiding them safely through practice. For Shannon, yoga isn’t just about poses—it’s about self-discovery, growth, and finding your path (sometimes upside down!). She’s deeply grateful to share this practice with our community, creating a space for connection, balance, growth and joy.

Join this multi-level practice for enlivening yang and relaxing yin.
The first half of the class will be more fluid movement and the second half will be mindful deep stretching on the ground.
This practice shares tools and messaging to encourage heart centred connection. Become aware of your inner dialogue and learn skills to quiet your mind and experience presence.
Leave class feeling grounded, revitalized and nourished.
This practice use blankets, bolsters and blocks If you are practicing from home be sure to have lots of props handy - they are an important part of your practice.
