MOVEMENT & MOBILITY - For the modern body in modern day life

WEDNESDAYS - 18:00 - 19:00
Bringing various styles of movement together including Hatha & Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pilates, Dance, Restorative, Stretch & Release, Body Conditioning and Relaxation. These classes are suitable for beginners and all levels who wish to find the following benefits from a mid-week session in a relaxed and welcoming community environment.
- improve flexibility, joint mobility and balance
- gain greater body awareness and promote better posture
- reduce stress, anxiety and improve overall mental health
- improve muscle strength and tone
- increase focus, concentration and brain functioning
- improve cardio, circulatory, immunity and respiratory health
- boost energy, vitality, self-esteem and confidence
- complement current physical activity and sports
• Yoga mats are available to rent at £2 or please bring your own
• Props are provided or please bring your own
Please book your space a minimum of 1hr before class, no drop-ins on the day.
If you have not already practiced with Adrianne, we kindly request you to agree to the Liability Waiver and complete a PARQ Health and Fitness Form which is available for completion here;
