Our last class of 2022, a Winter Solstice Restorative Yoga Special. This class is suitable for beginners and all levels as modifications are offered. We focus on Release, Letting go, Calm Down, Slow Down and Rest in this Restorative Yoga class. Let us hold the pose, find stillness and be held and supported by your props. Please bring a bolster/thick pillow, blankets and have a strap and blocks handy.

Please join us for a seasonal get together at the Grantham Arms after class for snacks and drinks.

Cancellation is within 6hrs of class to avoid being charged.

• Yoga mats are available to rent at £2, or please bring your own
• Props (blocks, eye pillows and yoga belts) are provided, or please bring your own
• As the colder months approach you may wish to bring a blanket for your final relaxation and any cushions you may need for padding knees
