Yoga and Movement for the Modern Body in Daily Life, brings various styles of functional movement together including Hatha & Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pilates, Dance, Restorative, Stretch & Release, Body Conditioning and Relaxation to bring mobility to your life. These classes are suitable for beginners and all levels who wish to find the following benefits from a mid-week session in a relaxed and welcoming community.

- gain greater body awareness and promote better posture
