This class is suitable for all levels as includes slower, longer holds in relaxing restorative and supported postures using props as bolsters, blankets, blocks and a strap. We close with a Yoga Nidra.

You are able to make a booking up to 2 hour before class start time. Please choose the payment options provided, bank transfer is preferable, and Credit card payment is available. You are able to cancel a booking up to 6hrs before class start time. However, if you cancel within 6 hours notice then the full class fee is payable.

These classes will be live-streamed via Zoom. Please download the app and you will be sent an email with a weblink 30 minutes before class starts to log in.
